"S² Oelde CTY Style ...."

Screamin Silence was founded in 2003 when we were jamming around and found out that we just want to play heavy kickass music. We played a whole bunch of shows in Germany with some well known hardcore acts like Die My Demon, Age Of Disgrace, Narziss, Six Reasons To Kill, Shortage, Born Fom Pain, Action and many more. The songs for our latest release have been recorded in early 2004 at the Westwood Studio. The music we play is uncompromising brutal hardcore with a strong oldschool touch since almost the most of us are into violent dancing this has also a big effect on our music. Our musical influences are not only rooted in HC-music but lie in every kind of music we listen to ranging from metal to hip hop and whatever.... For us Hardcore is a positive outlet of anger, frustration and other very bad feelings so our lyrics deal with everything that pisses us off in our lifes. After our new release we want to play lots of shows to promote it and find someone who wants to put out more music from Screamin Silence.

"With Triumph comes Loss"


The final war is on... Swiss hardcore/metal monsters Cataract have been going strong for almost six years now; their releases blasting through the worlds stereo systems and their live performances burning the stages all over Europe and the USA. It's about time to shift to a higher gear and run the engine at full speed – Cataract have signed to Metal Blade Recordings as of May, 2004. After two full length releases on the highly respected indie labels Ferret Music and LifeForce Recordings, the band has taken a giant step forward and inked a worldwide deal with one of the longest running and still independent record labels for metal music, Metal Blade Records. A label that has ever since shaped the face of metal and released records the band members have been raised with will now take care of the upcoming cd album of the band: “With Triumph Comes Loss” will hit the stores on September 6th, 2004. Vinyl will be released by Germany's Dead Serious Records. Recorded and mixed at Denmark's Antfarm Studios by one of Europe's up and coming ..1 producers Tue Madsen, this new release crushes all their previous material by far and offers a storming mixture of power loaden, violent hardcore metal in the vein of Hatebreed, Slayer and The Haunted.
